Catalog Description of Horse

I understand a negative Coggins must accompay this horse to sale. Coggins must be dated within 1 year of sale date.

I have verified all information on this form has been filled out correctly and without error

Please include a non-refundable consignment fee of $125.00. Checks mailed to PO Box 309 Palmyra MO 63461. Make payable to: F&T Livestock Market OR Venmo: @Tristateselect. Horse will not be consigned until payment has been received. Any consignments received after April 25th WILL NOT be in the printed catalog, but added to a supplement sheet. If no picture is supplied by April 25th a holder will be placed in catalog.

Commission: 8% of sold horses, pass out fee is $100, $500 fee if consigned horse does not show up to sale.
Proceeds can be picked up on sale day or mailed.
